Life is crazy, and personally I find it hard to stop, take a minute and just indulge in some serious self-care. I enjoy eating healthy and staying physically fit, but there is something about running a warm bath, sipping on your favorite drink and just decompressing from the week that does the body and mind GOOD!
This past June my wonderful boyfriend took me to Tomoko Japanese Spa in Beverly Hills to celebrate my birthday and just relax (pictures below). It was the ultimate experience that came with a detox foot soak, full body massage with organic oil, organic Japanese green tea, dessert and a warm Japanese bath (Ofuro).
