Perfecting the Green Smoothie 

As most of my family and friends know, I love a tasty green smoothie. Living in LA, it seems as though there’s a pressed juice and smoothie shop on every corner and while that’s amazing, it can also be an expensive visit to the smoothie shop! To save money and still enjoy the benefits of a gourmet smoothie, I like to experiment in the kitchen and find a recipe that works for me. Here are a few of my must-haves when buying or making my own green smoothie! 1) It must taste amazing, 2) Must have nutritional substance 3) It should suffice as a meal replacement, 4) Trigger a glowy complexion, 5) Must have a good vegetable/fruit balance

Ingredients:
-3 handfuls spinach
-1/2 cup ice
-1/2 cup Ripple Dairy Free Original Milk
-3 T Beaming Superfoods Protein Powder (With Greens)
-1 t chia seeds
-1 banana
-6 raspberries
