Drink Your Way To Glowing Skin

One of my favorite ingredients in my Simple Green Smoothie recipe is Spinach. I love spinach because of the many beauty and health benefits that come along with it. Vitamin A , Vitamin C, Vitamin K and Iron are a few of the components found in spinach that help with the growing beauty process when consumed regularly. I try to make My Simple Green Smoothie every morning and doing so has done wonders for my skin! The Vitamins and minerals  within spinach help create new skin cells which fight against aging, produce collagen (creates skin elasticity), combat dry skin, produce energy, lower blood pressure and fight inflammation.

1. Whip out a blender

2. Add a splash of Water or Coconut Water and 3-4 Ice Cubes

3. Add 1-2 Handfuls of Spinach

4. Add 1 Sliced Banana & 1 Cup of Fresh Pineapple

5. Add A Dash of Chia Seeds

6. Blend & Enjoy!
